Got my El Hefe, a few probs putting it together correctly. The guys at Vamos were instantly answering emails at 9pm.I'm 75 and lovin my bike. I'm 6'1". A good fit for me, very comfortableAt my age I needed strength and stability. I have a quarter KM of dirt road before I get to a sealed road at my house. I also have a very steep hill so the power was a big factor.The clincher was an Aussie company. Thanks Vamos.... and who'd a thunk? Never thought I'd need a surfboard carrier at 74. Perfect to carry my bow to archery on my El Hefe.UPDATE: Just coming up to 1,000ks on my El Hefe. Zero probs and loving it.

El Rapido gets me everywhere. Anywhere I feel like going, this bike is at my side. Worrying about hills are a thing of the past.My Vamos Bike is not only super convenient to use (especially with Sydney’s horrible traffic), I can rely on it to get me up those stupid steep Bondi hills!

My Papa Grande has arrived and it hasn’t disappointed my expectations. On my daily ride out to greet the sunrise, such a joy to ride, worth every penny. 42km range, stable and a joy to ride as I do every day. I purchased my brilliant Vamos Papa Grande e-trike a little over 12 months ago from a Vamos agent here in Queensland and I am just as thrilled to bits with it today as I was on day one.10/10. 👍😊It has honestly been one of the best things I've ever bought. I just love it!I'm a retired old bloke and I ride it everywhere and pretty much daily. So much so that I have to remind myself to drive my car occasionally just so I don't let the battery go flat.😀I recently had reason to phone Michael at their Mascot warehouse seeking assistance to source some accessories for it. What an exceptionally nice guy! 👍 He was so incredibly helpful and he went above and beyond to see that I received what I was looking for.This is the very first time that I have ever left a review for anything. It’s been more than a year now since I’ve sold my car and chosen to commute to work exclusively by bike. Alternating days on my road bike and ebike, I get to ride by the river and through park lands daily vs being stuck in traffic. 2 days on the Vamos El Hefe and 3 days on my road bike makes it sustainable and fun. I can honestly say that I’ve consistently had a brighter and more productive day as a result! I arrive to work happier and definitely energised which is a win for my students!3000km now and still going strong. Unleash the beast! What’s surprising is that I don’t miss my car! El Hefe has been a trooper. What headwind?

I grew up in the 70’s/80’s. I remember vividly racing at brake neck speed to a ramp at the bottom of the hill, on my third attempt, with the full belief and determination that I would complete a full 360’ rotation and land safely.This bike has brought me straight back to my youth. It feels about the same dimensions as it did riding my BMX as a kid. And have somehow retained my superhuman strength.Thank you Vamos for allowing me to once again

I purchased the Vamos El Hefe at the end of January 2019 and it's been spot on for commuting to and from work without breaking a sweat. The lo, med, hi power settings are really handy and the throttle really helps when you need a quick boost when riding in one of the lower power settings or if you stop pedalling. Although this bike is on the heavier side of other road bikes the brakes last a lot longer than expected. I did recently get a puncture on the rear wheel and the Vamos team was really helpful and responsive to come fix it. It's really comfortable to ride and I really like the style. I've had it 10 months now and I still love it.My commute to work is 9km one way and one charge easily does the two way journey on full power with three of the five l.e.d's still lit on the battery.Weighing up the battery life, durability, style, power and price I'd highly recommend this bike to anyone. It definitely beats catching the depressing bus to work.

Since Conrad dropped off my Vamos El Hefe cruiser e-bike, I feel like my world has opened up. It’s SO much easier to hit my daily surf checks of Bondi Beach, Tamarama and Bronte, and yesterday when the surf was small, I took myself on a ride of the hilly backstreets of Bronte to check out the swing overlooking Bronte Beach for the first time. An amazing way to clear my head and get those Sunday vibes flowing right!
