Frame: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (forks are covered separately as part of the electrical/mechanical warranty, not the frame warranty).

Battery: 2-year warranty (lithium battery warranty period is 2 years from date of delivery).

Electrical components: 2-year warranty covering motor, controller, display, and wiring.

Component / wear-and-tear items: Tyres, tubes, brake pads, wheel spokes, gear/derailleur adjustments, and bottom bracket tightening are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered.

General terms: Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse, water damage (e.g. riding through deep water), unauthorised modification, or accidents. Riding outside legal limits (e.g. exceeding 25 km/h or using the throttle above 6 km/h on public roads) may void warranty coverage on a case-by-case basis.

Solid, Reliable and a Smooth Ride

I bought my Rapido at the start of the year (2026), have ridden about 1400kms on it so far, and have been enjoying every second!

The build quality is solid, with no rattles or other noises while riding, and the motor is pretty quiet compared to some other e-bikes. This, combined with the front suspension on the bike, makes for a very smooth and peaceful ride.

The torque sensor means that the motor gradually kicks in and provides the appropriate amount of power, depending on how hard you're pedalling. So, instead of a 'sharp' kick-in feeling that other e-bikes have, riding the Rapido feels natural and smooth, like your legs are 3x stronger!

In terms of the company; it's great to be able to support a local business, and the boys at the shop are always open to help you with any issues you might be having, or just any questions in general.

All in all, great purchase - it's made me ride so much more!

I purchased this Pappa Grande about four months ago and have been out and about on all types of tracks. It's an amazing trike - everywhere I take it I have people asking about it. The Joy of Triking

Bought my Papa Grande in May 2026. I'm still exploring it's features and range but it has been an absolute joy to ride. It gives me the stability I need and the size, range and storage I want to get me wherever I want. I'm looking forward to so much more exploring and lots of adventures on my Papa Grande.

El doblez pocket rocket

I bought 2 El doblez's for my wife and I last July. We are in our mid 70's and needed fold up bikes to take with us when we travel in our caravan. We live near Coffs Harbour and we ride them on our quiet country roads, our national parks bush tracks and our deserted beaches and they are so much fun. They draw so much attention from other people when they see us ride past and want to know all about them. I added "flat out" to the tyres to prevent getting any flat tyres far from home, a re view mirror to keep an eye on my wife and cars behind plus a couple of plastic cargo boxes from Bunnings. These bikes are great and they give us another outdoor activity to keep us fit. Highly recommended. Alan Schomberg

Best bike I ever bought for my wife a few years ago after she recovered from open heart surgery

A few years ago I bought this magnificent Red Vamos for my wife. She was unable to pedal while recovering from open heart surgery to replace two metal valves and repair a damaged aorta. After a few falls she finally recovered and has been able to enjoy daily biking with me. We are now into our 70s yet she only uses the battery when she's tired or the hills are steep. I am now saving to buy a Vamos to replace my pedal powered Shogun that I have had for 40 years. Thanks team VAMOS your bikes are amazing. Kind regards Terry & Janette
