We’re excited to have you as a wholesale partner. Here’s everything you need to know to get started with ordering Vamos Bikes at wholesale rates.

How to Become a Wholesaler

Register as a Wholesaler: To get started, fill out our wholesale registration form with your business details.

Approval Process: Once submitted, we’ll review your application. If approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions to activate your account. Accounts are typically approved within 2 business days.

How to Place an Order

Log In: Start by logging into your wholesale account to access exclusive pricing and place orders.

Browse and Order: Explore our range of e-bikes and accessories. Add your selected products to the cart and proceed to checkout. All prices on our website include GST unless otherwise stated.

Order Request: Placing an order through the website is an order request only. You won’t need to enter payment details, and no payment is taken at this stage.

Invoice and Shipping: Once you submit your order request, we will calculate the shipping costs, with Vamos Bikes covering half of the shipping fee. We’ll then email you an invoice with the total order amount, including shipping.

Confirmation and Payment: After receiving your invoice, review the total amount and confirm your order. Upon your confirmation, we will process and ship your order. You have 15 days from the invoice date to complete the payment.
