28-Day Return Policy

At Vamos Bikes, we’re all about happy rides, so we honour a 28-day return policy. If you're not completely thrilled with your purchase, no worries! Just send it back to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.

Here’s the Deal:

  • Condition: Make sure the product is in its original, new condition and packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: Sorry, but shipping costs aren’t refundable.
  • Proof: Hang onto that receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return:

Simply send an email to info@vamosbikes.com.au with your order details, what you want to return and why and we can help you through the return process.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s not right, like if it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item - let us know immediately so we can make it right!

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, sale items are a no-go for returns.

Exchanges:

Want something else? The quickest way is to return the item you have. Once accepted, make a new purchase for what you really want!

Refunds:

We’ll let you know once we’ve received and checked your return. If all is good, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card might take a bit longer to post it.

If it’s been over 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the refund, give us a shout at info@vamosbikes.com.au.
