Got my Rapido 3-yrs ago, as due to ill health not able to walk very far - my bike has been amazing! The service from Vamos bikes has been incredible. I purchased this bike over a year ago now and am still absolutely loving it. Great customer service, easy to use, perfect for hills. Would strongly recommend. I ride it to work each day which is roughly 10 km and I go past all the traffic, get to have the enjoyment of riding a bike without getting red faced and sweaty before work!

I swapped out the handlebars for a more relaxed riding position with a bit more of a curved sweep. Added a small bike bag to carry personal items (wallet, phone, keys etc….). Performs well.

What an amazing locally owned Australian company. From the moment I spoke to Conrad and his staff I was astounded by the dedication of him and his team team. After explaining to Conrad my needs and wants he pointed me to a bike that I have now owned for over 14 months. I go everywhere on my bike and I'm so pleased I made the decision to buy one. No matter what the question was, I could call their friendly dedicated team and they were ready to assist me in any possible way. In fact I had an issue where I had knocked a wire off the battery. I rang Vamos and within a couple of hours I had Conrad ringing me back to arrange a time to come and try and fix the problem. He was there within an hour of my phone call and sorted the problem for me at no charge. VAMOS electric bike’s service is second to none. I took my 2020 El Rapido with original battery along 50 to 60km rail trails in Victoria. I was worried about the battery life but it did it easily, usually only dropping to 3 bars. The twist throttle is great for take offs.

I needed a folding electric bike that could also ride on dirt roads where I live. I wanted something that had a big battery capacity and good torque for hills.
