Great bike overall, battery is pretty efficient. I live about 15 km from work and can ride to and back on a full charge. Goes up the hill near central station on Foveaux St pretty easily.

I'm so happy with my Amigo e-bike purchase from the guys at Vamos! They were super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to answer all of my questions. I love that I can ride around with a friend on the back seat! This bike is perfect for every situation, especially cruising along the beach at low tide with a surfboard searching for the perfect wave. I highly recommend this bike to everyone, as we all need an amigo in our lives.

So I was looking for an E-Bike to get this old 73 year old body around, so I bought this Papa Grande today, and before I sat on it I thought to myself this is the bike I want…I have stability problems, and this bike took care of that straight away. I don’t have a problem with controlled speed…just a twist to the acceleration connection took care of that…..I just love this E-Bike, and it is light enough for me to load into my Ute and unload it. Thanks to the young men..Conrad and Michael for their attentiveness and help…Well done fellas I hope the reader pays these guys a visit at Mascot and if you do… make it a point of visiting the “John” if you have to go….The “art work” on the four walls of the “John” and the sayings would put a modern day Picasso on the floor rolling around in fits of laughter 🤣😂 All the very best with it fellas…and thanks heaps with your help Regards ….Greg Semple P.S. In my research during the first Covid lockdown, I kept on coming back to the Rapido as the best quality-for-price "town" eBike even though it wasn't then in stock. Although I have a much loved Giant 880 front suspension mountain bike, which I rode across Spain following the Camino de Santiago, my view was a different form of bike was needed in response to the pandemic (i.e., avoiding public transport; being able to cycle in good clothes; rack for bag/shopping ...).I'm so glad I joined the list and waited for the new model with front suspension to arrive in the country.The Rapido ticks all the boxes for being the perfect "town" bike, and Conrad and Michael's approach to customer service is just great.It has been almost a year since taking delivery and zipping about on my red Rapido continues to bring much joy.

I ordered a Vamos Rapido 2021. It was delivered within a week and to say I was impressed with the bike is an understatement. Best packaging I have ever seen and an absolutely fantastic bike. Great customer service. Well done. From unboxing the Rapido I was very impressed on the level of care taken for the customer to receive the bike in excellent condition. I love the riding position and suspension on this bike. The performance is above my expectations. I’m a big believer in you get what you pay for but in this case I believe I got more.

I recently purchased a Vamos Rapido. This is one of the best things that I have ever done and would recommend it to any one who is thinking about it and maybe a bit doubtful. Have no fears you will never regret it. Excellent before and after sales service and easy to assemble, only a couple of allen keys needed. I am 93 years of age and need the power assisted exercise so that I can go at my own pace. Steepest of hills no problem. The longest ride so far is 7ks out 7ks back, plenty of battery left. Have only had it since just before Christmas so still learning, but no problems there. So my message to everyone is "Get on your Bike" Cheers.

Have only had my El Diablo (The Red Devil) for a week and am loving it. It exceeds all expectations. Spent some time adjusting the seat and handlebars to my size and preferred riding style and find it a very comfortable ride. They make hills disappear and the bikes are fantastic quality. Just had my first ride of my Vamos Papa Grande and did 11km easily with pedal assist on either 1 or 2 and I haven’t ridden a bike in 20+ years (well I tried last year on a normal bike and the most I could do was 3km and my knees didn’t like me much).I think my 72 year old Mum who bought these bikes is pretty stoked too and she feels so much safer.Would happily recommend to anyone and everyone 👍👍

My Papa Grande has arrived and it hasn’t disappointed my expectations.
