Since Conrad dropped off my Vamos El Hefe cruiser e-bike, I feel like my world has opened up. It’s SO much easier to hit my daily surf checks of Bondi Beach, Tamarama and Bronte, and yesterday when the surf was small, I took myself on a ride of the hilly backstreets of Bronte to check out the swing overlooking Bronte Beach for the first time. An amazing way to clear my head and get those Sunday vibes flowing right!

What an amazing locally owned Australian company. From the moment I spoke to Conrad and his staff I was astounded by the dedication of him and his team team. After explaining to Conrad my needs and wants he pointed me to a bike that I have now owned for over 14 months. I go everywhere on my bike and I'm so pleased I made the decision to buy one. No matter what the question was, I could call their friendly dedicated team and they were ready to assist me in any possible way. In fact I had an issue where I had knocked a wire off the battery. I rang Vamos and within a couple of hours I had Conrad ringing me back to arrange a time to come and try and fix the problem. He was there within an hour of my phone call and sorted the problem for me at no charge. VAMOS electric bike’s service is second to none. Not only would I buy another bike in the future but I would recommend this company to not only my mates but to the whole of Australia. I'm 67 and haven't really ridden a bike very much for a long time. Bought the Diablo and am loving it. I don't worry about hills or getting too tired. My only worries are the magpies.. but putting the bike in pedal assist 5 I can leave them behind pretty quickly. The bike looks to be great qualityI often ride in pedal assist 1 or 0 for the exercise but shift up to 3 or 4 or 5 if I get a bit tired. I now exercise a lot more than I have in the past. I am really enjoying my Vamos Diablo. Also the customer service is above and beyond.Thanks Vamos Bikes!

Excellent bike shop and customer support.After getting the bike shipped, unfortunately, the tire had been punctured by one of the manufacturer's staples. They organised a local bike mechanic to come and fix the tire as well as put the bike together for me.Great bike, with great service!
