Programs and Settings Available on the LCD Screen for El Hefe and El Doblez
The below are the various programs and settings for El Hefe and El Doblez that are accessible to you at all times through the LCD display on your handlebars.
Each setting is fairly straightforward, so we’ve kept our descriptions brief.

P01 – Backlight Brightness.
1 is the lowest level, 3 is the highest
P02 – Unit of the measurement.
0: Metric
1: Imperial
P03 – Voltage settings
24V, 36V, or 48v
P04 -Sleep Mode Timer
0: No sleep mode
0-60 is time in minutes the bike will spend idle before powering off
P05 – Pedal Assistance level
0-3levels:1 level 2V,2 level 3V,3 level 4V;
1-5levels: 1 level 2V,2 level 2.5V,3 level 3V,4 level 3.5V,5 level 4V;
P06 – Rim Size
In inches.
It should be correct by default. Changing this will mess with your speedo.
P07 – Number of Magnets in the Pedal Assist Sensor
Range1-100. Again, this should be correct by default. Changing this will affect your pedal assist sensitivity.
P08 – Speed limit
Range 0-50km/hr.
Setting this to 50 will disable the speed limit on Doblez.
Setting this to 60 will disable the speed limit on Hefe. Watch how to unlock unlimited speed on an El Hefe.
P09 – Motor Start setting
0: Start with motor off
1: Start with motor on
P10 – Driving Method Setting
0: Just pedal assist,
1: Just throttle,
2: Both
P11 – Sensitivity of PAS
Range:1-24
P12 – Strength of PAS
Range:0-5
P13 – Magnet Types of PAS Setting
3 options: 5,8, 12
P14 – Current Limit of Controller
Default 12A
Range:1-20A
