This is a good system. It works well. I carry an E mountain bike which is heavier. Having the rack on the back compared to the roof makes loading easy. The rack stores away flat.

My wife and I purchased the Rockymount Back Stage last year and have just completed 2000 kms and the bike rack carried our two e bikes perfectly and securely. Fitted to a camper-van it worked so well being able to swing to the side and be able to have full access to the rear door. Putting the rack together was straightforward and easy enough for two oldies. Instructions easy to follow. Service was wonderful as was the delivery time.

I have had my El Hefe for a few weeks now and consider it as one of the best purchases I have made. I bought it as an easy alternative for my commute to work each day. Most of my ride is along a bike track and after a few days was wondering why everyone was waving and saying hello as I rode past. Got my El Hefe, a few probs putting it together correctly. The guys at Vamos were instantly answering emails at 9pm.I'm 75 and lovin my bike. I'm 6'1". A good fit for me, very comfortableAt my age I needed strength and stability. I have a quarter KM of dirt road before I get to a sealed road at my house. I also have a very steep hill so the power was a big factor.The clincher was an Aussie company. Thanks Vamos.... and who'd a thunk? Never thought I'd need a surfboard carrier at 74. Perfect to carry my bow to archery on my El Hefe.UPDATE: Just coming up to 1,000ks on my El Hefe. Zero probs and loving it.

What an amazing locally owned Australian company. From the moment I spoke to Conrad and his staff I was astounded by the dedication of him and his team team. After explaining to Conrad my needs and wants he pointed me to a bike that I have now owned for over 14 months. I go everywhere on my bike and I'm so pleased I made the decision to buy one. No matter what the question was, I could call their friendly dedicated team and they were ready to assist me in any possible way. In fact I had an issue where I had knocked a wire off the battery. This is the best e-bike on the market by far, looks very sleek, handles any terrain like a dream and super easy to operate and use. The throttle is my favourite feature of the El Diablo because it makes the bike really easy to control and super easy to get up hills with. I really am in love with this bike. On top of that I couldn't recommend Vamos team more as from start to finish I had a fantastic experience with them, all questions were answered properly and thoroughly and they genuinely care about customer experience which means a lot to me.
