What an amazing locally owned Australian company. From the moment I spoke to Conrad and his staff I was astounded by the dedication of him and his team team. After explaining to Conrad my needs and wants he pointed me to a bike that I have now owned for over 14 months. I go everywhere on my bike and I'm so pleased I made the decision to buy one. No matter what the question was, I could call their friendly dedicated team and they were ready to assist me in any possible way. In fact I had an issue where I had knocked a wire off the battery. I rang Vamos and within a couple of hours I had Conrad ringing me back to arrange a time to come and try and fix the problem. He was there within an hour of my phone call and sorted the problem for me at no charge. VAMOS electric bike’s service is second to none. Not only would I buy another bike in the future but I would recommend this company to not only my mates but to the whole of Australia. I purchased a trike as I’m not a confident rider. It’s a very solid good looking rig and I had fast friendly service from Conrad.I ordered the bike on Tuesday and I had it by Friday. After taking it out for the first time I had a few questions for the guys and again they helped me out no problems. I highly recommend this business. Top quality bikes and service. Happy days!

I purchased this bike over a year ago now and am still absolutely loving it. Great customer service, easy to use, perfect for hills. Would strongly recommend. I ride it to work each day which is roughly 10 km and I go past all the traffic, get to have the enjoyment of riding a bike without getting red faced and sweaty before work!

I needed a folding electric bike that could also ride on dirt roads where I live. I wanted something that had a big battery capacity and good torque for hills. Vamos bike arrived and is just perfect it’s a lovely small bike beautiful to ride and comes with a very comfortable seat. Service from Vamos was great. I highly recommend it 5 stars!

Absolutely love my new Vamos El Hefe Bike. Firstly, I wanted to back a local company, price was really good, reviews were good, gear (Shimano / Samsung) spot on. Really hard to fault. Customer service was brilliant, as was delivery (despite a slight delay which is down to customs and overall e-commerce being overwhelmed for all companies). Final comments - fairly basic to assemble, rides really well on the beach, road, tracks. Lights all easy to use. Super comfy. Thrilled with this thing. 👌🚴 🏄‍♂️ 🏝

The back stage rack is an awesome bit of kit. Tilts down, swings out clear of my barn doors on the cruiser and folds up when not in use. Came with cable to lock bikes to rack. Is heavy but it's also quality.

I previously had a Diablo which is an awesome e-bike. I've now recently brought the new Amigo as a bit of an upgrade and it's even better! Just like my Diablo, this purchase has given me so much joy and comfort. I live in a busy part of town. Parking and traffic can be a nightmare on a sunny day. An E-bike makes my life so much better. I never have to experience the stress of sitting behind a queue of cars that don’t move and looking for parks that don’t exist ever again thanks to having this bike. And after owning a Vamos for a long time now, if I'm ever going to own an electric bike it's going to be a Vamos! Can't fault their durability, performance, and quality. I've never has an issue with my Vamos. The guys at Vamos are super great to deal with and I love supporting a local Aussie company too.Like many people, I get around with plenty of gear. The Amigo allows me to travel with all my clothes, food, bags, and surfboards for a long day at the beach. For me it's way more practical than my Diablo and allows me to do a lot more. The large wheels, strong frame, and inbuilt carry features are perfect for a heavy load and it can handle more off-road riding like on the sand and dirt. I can even swap the rear basket for a rear passenger seat so a friend to sit and ride with me on the back. It's super practical and like it says on the box, it can truly do it all.I love this bike more and more everyday and so will you!Amazing product 10/10

First E/Trike Purchase. Wanted something to set up to take me fishing either off the river bank, off the breakwater or off the beach. After looking at a number of trikes I settled on the Papa Grande. 500 Watt motor, available carry baskets, tyre size were all part of my consideration. All trikes had their pluses and minuses, but the Papa Grande came out on top. Not disappointed. The power and acceleration of this machine has impressed me. I have finally finished adding the accessories that I wanted to make it suitable for the purpose intended. These include a floor in the cargo rack, rear board to accommodate rod holders, additional tail/blinker remote light, dual headlights (a low and high beam) to help find my way off the beach at night, mirrors, and an electronic horn. The attached photos show the finished product, and yes, the "number plate" says it all. Happy to provide any further details if required. Note. this trike is probably not suitable for shorter people. At my height of 166 centimetres and the seat at its lowest setting, the ride setup is just right. If I was any shorter I would probably struggle with pedal reach.

I've had my Papa Grande Pro 3 Wheel E-Trike for 3 weeks now and loving it! I'm getting plenty of compliments whenever I'm out on it. Mainly to the local mall and back. The large storage basket on the back is great for all the daily grocery shopping. The fat tyres, front fork suspension and comfortable seat makes it a very enjoyable ride.
