Excellent bike shop and customer support.After getting the bike shipped, unfortunately, the tire had been punctured by one of the manufacturer's staples. They organised a local bike mechanic to come and fix the tire as well as put the bike together for me.Great bike, with great service!

I have a Vamos Rapido Commuter. What an amazing electric bike! I have always had trouble keeping up with my three boys on the bikeways. Now I get where we are going a lot quicker with less effort. My 2019 El Rapido is still going as new! Best value electric bike on the market. I would just suggest to swap the grip throttle (which I never use) for a grip bell, because the bell is a bit hard to reach.A great good-vibe local company overall that's a pleasure to support!

This is the best e-bike on the market by far, looks very sleek, handles any terrain like a dream and super easy to operate and use. The throttle is my favourite feature of the El Diablo because it makes the bike really easy to control and super easy to get up hills with. I really am in love with this bike. On top of that I couldn't recommend Vamos team more as from start to finish I had a fantastic experience with them, all questions were answered properly and thoroughly and they genuinely care about customer experience which means a lot to me.

I swapped out the handlebars for a more relaxed riding position with a bit more of a curved sweep. Added a small bike bag to carry personal items (wallet, phone, keys etc….). Performs well.

An awesome design. Purchased the RockyMounts backstage swingaway in January 2021. Rack is fantastic and fit for purpose. Not having to take the bikes off the car every time we wanted to get into the back was the main reason for selecting the Backstage, and it was ideal. My only criticism with the rack is that I think the tongue that inserts into the towbar would be better if it was a bit longer. Given the weight of it, it would strengthen the connection, but the design of this rack is awesome.

Great Bike. I use it as transport to and from work and getting around the city. Saves time and money. With all the bike lanes available it is a no-brainer to get one. The electric component gets you up the hills with no problems. Thoroughly recommend the Vamos Bike. Do not regret this purchase at all. Now my husband wants to get one as well.

I recently purchased a Vamos Rapido. This is one of the best things that I have ever done and would recommend it to any one who is thinking about it and maybe a bit doubtful. Have no fears you will never regret it. Excellent before and after sales service and easy to assemble, only a couple of allen keys needed. I am 93 years of age and need the power assisted exercise so that I can go at my own pace. Steepest of hills no problem. The longest ride so far is 7ks out 7ks back, plenty of battery left. Have only had it since just before Christmas so still learning, but no problems there. So my message to everyone is "Get on your Bike" Cheers.

My 2nd Vamos bike purchase!2K on the El Doblez. it’s taken a while because I go 2-3 days on the road bike to work. But seriously proud of the transition to being a 1 car family. I’d encourage everyone who can to give it a go. Even if it’s swapping out 1 day a week first, then 2, then through winter. El Doblez has been a great addition to the family. Super comfortable. I took my 2020 El Rapido with original battery along 50 to 60km rail trails in Victoria. I was worried about the battery life but it did it easily, usually only dropping to 3 bars. The twist throttle is great for take offs.
