What an amazing locally owned Australian company. From the moment I spoke to Conrad and his staff I was astounded by the dedication of him and his team team. After explaining to Conrad my needs and wants he pointed me to a bike that I have now owned for over 14 months. I go everywhere on my bike and I'm so pleased I made the decision to buy one. No matter what the question was, I could call their friendly dedicated team and they were ready to assist me in any possible way. In fact I had an issue where I had knocked a wire off the battery. I rang Vamos and within a couple of hours I had Conrad ringing me back to arrange a time to come and try and fix the problem. He was there within an hour of my phone call and sorted the problem for me at no charge. VAMOS electric bike’s service is second to none. Not only would I buy another bike in the future but I would recommend this company to not only my mates but to the whole of Australia. I swapped out the handlebars for a more relaxed riding position with a bit more of a curved sweep. Added a small bike bag to carry personal items (wallet, phone, keys etc….). Performs well.

I needed a folding electric bike that could also ride on dirt roads where I live. I wanted something that had a big battery capacity and good torque for hills. Vamos bike arrived and is just perfect it’s a lovely small bike beautiful to ride and comes with a very comfortable seat. Service from Vamos was great. I highly recommend it 5 stars!

I purchased the Vamos El Hefe at the end of January 2019 and it's been spot on for commuting to and from work without breaking a sweat. The lo, med, hi power settings are really handy and the throttle really helps when you need a quick boost when riding in one of the lower power settings or if you stop pedalling. Although this bike is on the heavier side of other road bikes the brakes last a lot longer than expected. I did recently get a puncture on the rear wheel and the Vamos team was really helpful and responsive to come fix it. It's really comfortable to ride and I really like the style. I've had it 10 months now and I still love it.My commute to work is 9km one way and one charge easily does the two way journey on full power with three of the five l.e.d's still lit on the battery.Weighing up the battery life, durability, style, power and price I'd highly recommend this bike to anyone. It definitely beats catching the depressing bus to work.

Really enjoying riding it. It is easy to step through to get on and off and I really love the throttle for when I feel too lazy to pedal. Although it does tend to use the battery up a lot faster if you don't pedal.

For my first e-bike, I wanted something versatile. Something that could handle road or dirt tracks, solo cruising with option to take an extra person or groceries. Fat tyres were a must. Brilliant Rack. I’ve had mine for a few years now and it’s still as great as the day I got it. When you have bikes worth over 10 grand you need a rock solid rack you can trust, I regularly take bikes interstate, including e-bikes and the Backstage gets them there in perfect condition every time. The swing out feature is fantastic, given the rack is quite heavy we leave ours on all the time, being able to easily swing it out of the way makes life very easy.Couldn’t be happier, highly recommended.
